    Ciaran from our office talked to Spotlight Northern Ireland on the need for ‪stalking to be addressed in our legislation. Currently stalking is dealt with in Northern Ireland under the Protection from Harassment (NI) Order 1997. England & Wales introduced specific law to deal with stalking. They did so after a parliamentary committee said harassment legislation was not adequate to deal with stalking. If you are a victim of harassment or stalking we can help!   • Lawyers in cross-border call for sex purchase law rethink

    McLernon Moynagh Solicitors are instructed by the Applicant in Judicial Review Proceedings who is seeking to challenge the Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Criminal Justice and Support for Victims) Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 that criminialises the payment for sex.
